Scenario Writing stories due this Friday, January 27!
Our evaluators are anxiously awaiting your stories! Please be sure to follow the scenario guidelines and submit your stories along with your information and cover sheets via email to californiafps@gmail.com by Friday, January 27th!
Qualifying Problem/Important Details
Here is some information regarding the Qualifying Round:
1. Booklets must be postmarked by February 24th!
2. Booklets must be submitted with a cover sheet.
3. We need 3 copies of each booklet for this round. This is a change from previous years. Each team booklet will be scored by multiple evaluators
4. Individuals only need to submit two copies of their booklet.
5. Diana Reynolds, our evaluation coordinator, will be sending out the Future Scene via e-mail on Wednesday, February 1st.

Hi everyone—My name is Olivia Zhu, and I’m currently a senior at the Harker School. I was asked to talk a little about what all of my classmates right now are suffering through: those dreaded college applications. More importantly, I wanted to talk about how the Future Problem Solving Program impacted my entire high school experience.

Hi. My name is Morgan and I’m an eighth grader here at the Nueva School. This is my fourth year doing Future Problem Solving.
Within a Futures Bowl, there are Six Steps. I normally write the Step Six within my team’s bowl. The Step Six is the action plan saying how you will solve the underlying problem. You must think of how to come up with the most unique, futuristic, creative, and effective solution to a problem.
